Although I spent one day less than my colleagues and missed the Jewish Quarter tour, I was able to enjoy and learn a lot from this city.
The cradle of Europe, Prague shows traces from all eras. I was especially fascinated by what we learned about Jan Hus.
On one side is the Old Town with the Town Hall, Astronomical Clock, and Jewish Quarter. Crossing the Charles Bridge, on the other side we find the Castle, the Cathedral, Malá Strana neighborhood, and the Metronome.
This city surprises with its contrasts, like this gem by architect Frank Gehry. In addition to all the historic and modern buildings, there are also numerous façades in pure Art Nouveau style.
